Peter Brum 2013 Riesling RheinHessen 750ml

BRUM stands for success, continuity, and nobility. PETER comes from the founder of the company and dates back to 1636, when Peter founded his company in Germany. The term NOBLESSE indicates the wine comes from premium, noble grapes. Origin of these premium can be traced to Germany's Rheinhessen and Mosel-Saar-Ruwer.

Recognized as the premier/premium grape since 19th century. Most vinificated grape in Germany. Late ripened in cool climates.

Taste and Appeal: Pale straw color. Perfumed bath soap, candied peaches, and candied lime aromas. A soft entry leads to a crisp, delicately fruity light-to medium body of watermelon, dried peaches, and ruby grapefruit flavors. Finishes with a tangy fruit and cinnamon fade.

Recomendation: Compliments perfectly with asparagus and fish dishes. An excellent accompaniment with spicy dishes and oriental foods.
