No chemical products or synthetic pesticides were used in the production of this organic Monastrell (Mourvedre). The vines were planted on chalky soils without irrigation and with less than 12 inches in annual rainfall that results in very low yields.
This mouth-filling wine exhibits great aromatic complexity with aromas and flavors of blackberry, cherry and peppery herbs that finish focused and tangy, a great value for a quality organic wine.
