A wine produced by the Banfi winery and it represents the innovation and experimentation of the winery itself. The quality is the main goal. It is made with Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio grapes. It is made only with the juice of the grapes to avoid the peels to color. The fermentation under temperature control is at 15-16°C and it is followed by a very short time of refinement in stainless steel tanks and an earlier bottling process to capture the freshness.
It is a sensational wine suitable for fish, fresh summer salads and light main courses. It must be served at 10°C in a high and tapered wine glass.
