This Zero dosage cuvee is thoughtfully made of a 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier blend, made from grapes grown and hand-picked in the vineyards of Epernay. No Malo-lactic Fermentation is used which allows the wine to reach its full taste profile through aging in the cellar for up to 12 years. Light, and crisp, this champagne is well balanced, has notes of citrus, with a floral nose that is pairs well with all foods.
