Partial stainless steel fermentation is used to preserve the Sauvignon Blanc’s pure, fresh, vibrant character. Warmed by the sun and refreshed by the Columbia River, the south-facing slopes of our Horse Heaven Vineyard produced fruit with grapefruit and honeysuckle aromas and flavors that balance beautifully with the refreshing acidity.

Aging: 34% Aged sur lie for 5 months in neutral oak barrels.
