Boutz Cellars brings to you our ΔΑΣΟΣ (Dasos)- the Greek word for forest. True to form, this wine… just like the forest, has a tendency to portray a feeling of curiosity and life. Our Mourvedre is showing it’s characteristics as the varietal that it is — rustic, wild and made by BOUTZ from vine to wine.
