An extremely limited bottling released in celebration for the 150th anniversary of the founding of Don Q in 1865. Only 1,865 bottles have been produced. This is a blend of 20 year old rums. A wonderfully complex sipper showing flavors of apricot, fig, vanilla, oak spice and molasses. Aging: A masterpiece of the finest aged rums drawn from hand selected 20 year old single barrels from a special place in the oldest rum warehouses.
This amber beauty opens with aromas of butter, nuts, caramel, and rich spices on the nose. The palate is greeted with velvety and bright notes of fruit, oak, and vanilla, harmonized to perfection. The finish is very long, leaving you with an aftertaste of dried fruits, cherry cola, and creme brûlée
