Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin is made from wild plants forage in the mountains around the Glendalough distillery. These wild botanicals are painstakingly slow-distilled to tease out delicate flavours, in very small batches of less than 250 liters. Some go in the pot while some are hung in a basket to let vapors extract their essential oils which brings the flavours in this Wild Botanical Gin to a whole other level.
