The grapes come from vineyards planted on limestone-rich clay soils. The fermentation was carried out in small stainless steel tanks for 15 days at temperatures below 27°C/80°F. Approximately 10% of the wine spent 5 months in French oak. A fruit forward, well-balanced wine with spicy notes on the palate. Ripe tannins, savory and mineral hints complement a pleasant cocoa finish.
