Lightly-roasted coffee, graphite and carob aromas pave the path to flavors of rich plum and brambly blackberry. The ripe fruit core remains lively through the gentle midpalate and firmer finish, showing grace and balance. Subtle toasty oak add exotic and earthy complexity.
