The Korbel Blanc de Noirs is blended to be one of the most fruit forward champagnes for a producer known for its fruit forward style.By blending pinot noir from the Russian River Valley and Central Coast we are able to combine and harmonize the distinctly different fruitprofiles from these areas. The small amount of Gamay, Sangiovese and Zinfandel helps to lift the fruit and adds an interesting strawberry likeelement to the blend.
