Ted and Heidi Lemon founded Littorai back in 1993, though the duo is far from new to the world of winemaking. Ted first cut his teeth at Domaine Roulot in Burgundy, followed by stints at Dujac, Roumier, and Bruno Clair. Littorai’s fruit is farmed all organically and biodynamically. The 2018 ‘Les Larmes’ (‘The Tears’) comes from Anderson Valley and is aged for 11 months in French oak. The final wine is restrained, refined, and totally riveting.
