Award-winning, 100% Blue Weber Agave un-aged clear tequila. Double distilled from a blend of highland agave offering smooth floral notes and lowland agave which lend earthier undertones. This blending technique provides a full-bodied Blanco with multiple layers of agave.Tasting Notes: Aromatic and elegant with notes of roasted agave, bright citrus, and soft white pepper. A mix of smooth floral notes and earthier undertones from the blend of highland and lowland agaves make for a delightful finish.The Agave: Only fully mature, 100% Blue Weber agave from both the high and lowlands of the denomination of origin areas. We never use juvenile or low sugar brix content plants.Just 3 Simple ingredients: Our Blanco is made using only mature agave, filtered volcanic deep well water, and a proprietary naturally occurring yeast for fermentation. Nothing outside these 3 ingredients is added.
