The Meursault 1er Cru “Château de Blagny” 2016 shows a pretty pale yellow color. The nose is very aromatic with notes of vanilla, almond and linden. It is rich in the mouth, of a beautiful length with a certain tension on the finish.
Pair with rock lobster, salmon with sorrel sauce, pan-fried chanterelles, or cheese.
