Bright aromas of citrus zest and lemon meringue with crisp, mouthwatering acidity. Incredible minerality and a smooth finish, the citrus and tropical fruit flavors continue to linger on the palate for several minutes. Pairs perfectly with Pacific Northwest oysters and seafood. A more traditional Oregon harvest in 2019 yielded slightly lower sugars and higher acidity. After fermentation, the wine rested on its lees in 100% stainless steel.
