Prophecy currently offers a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, an Italian Pinot Grigio, a California Pinot Noir, a California Cabernet Sauvignon and a Red Blend that combines fruit from two renowned states. Prophecy Cabernet Sauvignon is an exceptional example of one of California’s most famous noble varieties. On the approachable palate, intensely ripe flavors of blackberry, plum, crushed raspberry and boysenberry jam are complimented by hints of pomegranate and spice. Oaky notes of graham cracker, caramel and mocha are found on the smooth, lingering finish. Texturally silky and of great length, our Prophecy Cabernet Sauvignon is supple, round and rich.
