Hailing from the Mossfire vineyard, this Zinfandel opens with bright black cherry, raspberry, cola, and a hint of Asian spice. Intense bramble fruit and red plum note are found on the palate with a lovely note of washed stone. Well-structured tannins and a gravely minerality carry out the finish.
The Rabble labels are renditions of historical wood block prints from the Nuremberg Chronicle (late 1400’s), textured and tactile, depicting nature’s wrath. Nature is ruthless when it goes ignored. This label illustrates the Tempest touching down on Rome.
