The Ritual 2017 Pinot Noir is a fresh and vibrant with ripe cherry, earthy florals and baking spice aromas on the nose. Equally fresh on the palate, dry, medium-plus-bodied with bright red berry, strawberry, citrus zest and baking spice on the palate. Grapes are farmed biodynamically and the winery hand-harvests the grapes. The winery also uses a gravity flow for gentler handling of the wine. Pair with roast chicken or turkey.

A fuller-bodied Pinot Noir with ripe dark cherry, dried strawberry, plum, baking spices and earthy on the palate. Pair with lamb tagine.
