Every year for over four decades, we’ve made the journey to the Pacific Northwest to hand-select the best Cascade and Centennial hops for Celebration IPA. Once the hops are picked, the countdown begins as we race the harvest home. Our goal: capture the citrus, pine, and floral notes at their absolute peak. We think these aromas and flavors make the perfect holiday beer to start the celebration.
