Emptied from its oak casks after many years of aging, then refilled in Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks, and left to mature for several more years. The taste is bold, with notes of dark fruit, caramel and vanilla – a tribute to the early bourbon aristocrat, Thomas S. Moore.
