Local Scheduled Delivery

Welcome to luekensliquors.com (the “Website”), the online website and home of Luekens Wine & Spirits (“Luekens”). The following terms and conditions shall apply if you choose local scheduled delivery as a delivery method when making any purchases arising out of or related to your use of the Website, including, without limitation, through direct use of the Website or indirectly by contacting our online department.

LOCAL DELIVERY INFO

Luekens’ local scheduled deliveries are handled by Luekens in a temperature-controlled vehicle. Delivery times can vary depending on delivery routes, addresses, access restrictions, etc. IF YOU LIVE WITHIN 10 MILES OF ANY OF OUR STORE LOCATIONS, PLEASE DOWNLOAD OUR MOBILE APP TO PLACE YOUR ORDER FOR FASTER, SAME-DAY LOCAL DELIVERY THAT CAN BE DELIVERED IN UNDER 1-HOUR.

AGE RESTRICTIONS & RECEIVING SHIPMENTS

We do not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. Accordingly, you understand and agree that you or the person receiving a delivery of alcoholic beverages from Luekens is over the age of 21 and has a valid form of identification to present before receiving the shipment. Luekens is not responsible if an order cannot be completed if you, or any person receiving the order on your behalf, cannot provide valid form of identification.

LOCAL SCHEDULED DELIVERY

Local delivery availability may vary. The following lists the locations and dates in which Luekens makes local deliveries:

Monday Pasco, Hernando, Sumter, Citrus
Wednesday North Pinellas, Hillsborough, Polk
Friday South Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte

PROCESSING

Orders for local delivery must be placed on the prior business day by 4 p.m. EST. Luekens does not process or ship any orders on non-business days or certain holidays.

RATES

Free delivery is available with a $300.00 minimum purchase (pre-tax) on any product on the website. Free delivery for any wine only order over $179.00 – wine promos may be excluded from this rule. If the order does not meet the free delivery amount, an $9.99 delivery fee is applied.

RESTRICTIONS

Luekens Price Match Guaranty does not apply to local deliveries. Further, Luekens does not deliver Kegs through our local delivery program. Luekens is not responsible for any third-party providers or persons you select or use to receive any local deliveries, including, but not limited to, any lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged products once the order is removed from Luekens’ custody and/or control.

WEATHER & SHIPPING DELAYS

In order to protect your products, orders may be withheld due to weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and conditions (e.g., extreme heat, extreme cold, blizzards, or other natural disasters).  Most wine purchase will leave on a Monday or Tuesday in order to keep a safe transit during any weather conditions that may or not be.

Carrier Shipping Policy

Welcome to luekensliquors.com (the “Website”), the online website and home of Luekens Wine & Spirits (“Luekens”). The following terms and conditions shall apply if you choose shipping as a delivery method when making any purchases arising out of or related to your use of the Website, including, without limitation, through direct use of the Website or indirectly by contacting our online department.

AGE RESTRICTIONS & RECEIVING SHIPMENTS

We do not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. Accordingly, you understand and agree that you or the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from Luekens is over the age of 21 and has a valid form of identification to present before receiving the shipment. Luekens is not responsible if an order or shipment cannot be completed if you, or any person picking up an order or accepting a shipment on your behalf, cannot provide valid form of identification.

PROCESSING

We make great efforts to process and ship standard shipping orders within (2-3) business days if received before 1 p.m. EST. If placed after 1 p.m. EST, the order will not be received or processed until the following business day. Luekens does not process or ship any orders on non-business days or certain holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS, RATES, BOTTLE SIZE, RESTRICTIONS

The available options for shipping are Standard Ground for the common carrier. Luekens does not process or ship on non-business days, and only certain shippers deliver 7 days a week (e.g., Ground). No shipments will be delivered on certain holidays. Standard Ground shipments will be delivered within 3-9 business days. At this time, we do not offer any express services at this time for carrier shipments.  We reserve the right to delay release of any order to ensure product quality and protection.  If you wish to hold an order for better weather condition, please notate at checkout. Luekens is not responsible for any typo errors, pricing, product info, and stock counts listed within our website.  Bottle shipping restrictions on 3.0L or 1.5L of glass bottles of wine will not be shipped by any carrier services – these types of items will be removed or canceled entirely.  We do ship any common commercial beer via carrier services.

If an order cannot be delivered during the first attempt, most shippers may make two additional attempts to deliver your order. After the third attempt, it will be held at the shipper’s distribution center. However, Luekens is not responsible for any damages, lost or misplaced product or additional shipping charges (if any) if the order cannot be delivered during the first attempt.

RATES

The shipping rate varies, can be based on multiple variables, including, but not limited to, weight of the contents, services selected for shipment, location of delivery, time for delivery, process and handling, and other related factors. The rate for your particular selection will be shown in your shopping cart or checkout and will update as items are added or removed from your cart.

Flat rate for case of wine applies as regular ground shipping, this rate will discount when more cases that are purchased.

Florida Customers only – Any wine order over $179.99 ships for free.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & OTHER RESTRICTIONS

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We do no ship to P.O. boxes, APOs or FPOs. All state laws require a signature from a physical location whether its a home or business address.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We cannot ship one order to multiple addresses. If you would like to order produce to go to multiple shipping locations, each address will require an individual order be placed.

GIFT ORDERS

We would be happy to assist with shipping gifts, which can include personalized notes to the intended recipient. On the Checkout page, you can request the gift option and include a personalized note. Please remember that the intended recipient must be 21 years of age or older to receive the delivery.

Local express deliveries are available at all store locations! However, we can reach the following geographical locations now: South Tampa, Central Tampa (certain areas), Dunedin, Oldsmar, Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, Holiday, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, Seminole, Largo, Ozona and more!

RIGHT OF REFUSAL, RESTOCKING FEES & RE-DELIVERY FEES

We, or our delivery partner, may refuse to deliver your order if they believe that furnishing alcohol to you or the person accepting the delivery on your behalf is illegal, unsafe or inappropriate. If a delivery cannot be made for this or any other reason, you may be charged a restocking fee. Subsequent delivery attempts are at the discretion of us or our delivery partner, and are subject to redelivery fees.

Together with you, our customers, we are facing new and unpredictable challenges as the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread.

At Luekens, we believe it is our role and responsibility during this time to prioritize the health and well-being of our employees, customers, business partners and community. Like you all, we continue to monitor the quickly evolving news related to COVID-19. In the interim, we have already expanded our procedures to increase the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing, especially in high traffic areas such as door handles, entryways, checkout counters and restrooms. We are also taking additional steps following closing of our stores each night to perform a deeper clean of all surfaces. Cut-off times vary by store for same-day pickup, but generally would be within an hour of a particular Luekens store closing for business. If placed after a cut-off time, your order will be ready for pickup the next day.

For all orders, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and/or when your order will be ready to be picked up. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU WAIT FOR THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION BEFORE COMING TO THE STORE TO ENSURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS READY.

If you do not pickup your order at the store, a restocking fee of up to $10 may be applied. If a delivery cannot be made for any reason, including, but not limited to, nobody being home or available to receive the order, or if we or our delivery partner believe that furnishing alcohol to you or the person accepting the delivery on your behalf is illegal, unsafe or inappropriate, you may be charged a restocking fee up to $15. Subsequent delivery attempts are at the discretion of us or our delivery partner, and are subject to redelivery fees.

Shipping Deals

Florida Customers – Any 750ml wine order over $179 ships for free in the State of Florida. However, product promotions may be excluded from this rule, and cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons or offers.

Tampa Bay & Greater Bay Area – See Local Scheduled Deliveries above for more information, coverage and details.

Nation Wide – Generally, a flat rate of $21.00 will be applied for 1st case. Rate discounts may apply for multi-case purchases where applicable, if any.
