If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, returns made within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt will be exchanged or refunded to the original form of payment. The foregoing is subject to the following details and limitations:
Returns made without a receipt:
- Return requests made without a receipt are not refundable. Subject to Luekens’ examination of the items and management approval, returns requested and made without a receipt may only be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. A valid ID card is required.
- The price of returned items made without a receipt will be determined by the most recent sale price.
Our Return Policy does not cover:
- Opened items.
- Spoiled, contaminated, expired or otherwise not consumable items.
- Items not purchased or sold at Luekens.
- Shipping/delivery Costs
- Cigars, kegs, and tobacco (or tobacco alternative) products.
- Allocated, limited availability or final sale items.
Mobile App, Drizly or Uber Eats returns:
- If you purchased your products through our Mobile App, all return requests must be handled through a Luekens store location and are subject to Luekens’ Terms & Conditions and Return Policy. Additionally, all returns or exchange requests must be handled in-store and may be subject to a return or restocking fee.
- If you purchased your products through any third party, including Drizly or Uber Eats, please contact the respective third-party delivery partner related to any return or exchange requests.
- All online orders placed on Luekens’ website or shipping department are subject to Luekens Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy and Return Policy.
- If you purchased your products through Luekens’ website or shipping department, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com and provide your Name, Order Number, reason for your email and any other documentation or information applicable to your request.
- Return or exchange requests must be made within the earlier of 30 days of purchase or five (5) days of delivery.
- Return or exchange requests cannot be completed, and any return or exchange requests will be denied, until you have returned the product back to Luekens for review and examination.
- Due to alcohol shipping restrictions and regulations, certain online orders can only be returned in stores.
Special Offers and/or Coupons:
- If your purchase no longer satisfies the requirements of any applied special offers or coupons because of an authorized return in accordance with our Return Policy, any such special offer and/or coupon amount will be deducted from the applicable return amount.
