Ordering Online

Where are we located?
Since 1986, we are located in the Tampa Bay, Fl with several large retail stores, we buy big which in return offer the best deals around where the savings are past to you on Wine, Liquor, and Beer.  All of shipping and delivery services are handled out of our main location which is the Dunedin Store.

Why can't you ship to my state?
Due to state to state regulations, many states prohibit the shipment of alcohol from another state.  As permit systems get established within those states, we will seek to offer services to those states when available.
Which Payments are Accepted?
We accepted all major credits and apply pay for online purchases.
Can I send a gift order?
Yes, we will send a gift note if notated in the comment section at checkout.  We will not include an invoice in these types of orders.  Please verify the shipping address of the recipient is correct and all orders by common carrier must be signed for by adult over 21 years of age.
Can I pick up at store?
Yes and ready in 1 hour.  Just provide your ID / recipient name and order number with you. Currently only available at the Dunedin store.  We can have it sent to another store, just email us on your confirmation email to schedule this.
What is local delivery vs same day delivery?
We have our local delivery that covers several counties, please check the delivery service above for delivery services and scheduled offered.  For same day delivery, we offer one hour delivery via drizly app delivered right to your door. Download the drizly app to see if we cover your area.
Why are you charging me tax?
We must collect applicable sales tax on orders that take title/ownership within that state purchased.
How do I track my order?
No worries, we do provide an email of the tracking information once the order is boxed on every order, you can also check for an update through your created account in the track your order section, or contact us.
What is allow vintage substitution?
We are constantly updating our vintages on wine, specific vintages may no longer be available. If a chosen vintage is no longer available, a comparable vintage of the same brand of wine may be substituted. However in most cases, we will send a notification for approval if your selection is $12.99 or higher.

 

Special Orders, Weddings, or Kegs?

I'm looking for something I can't find?
While we try to carry everything in this market area, we do have access to over 30,000 items statewide. You can request to see if what you are looking for is available by sending us an email at info@luekensliquors.com.
How do I order a Keg?
We have two stores that offer Kegs, you can call Tarpon Springs (727-939-3338) or Dunedin (727-734-3068) for any keg inquiries or reservations.
Returning a Keg?
Returning a keg is be returned only to the Tarpon Springs or Dunedin to receive the deposits back.  Must present original receipt.
Wedding or Events?

Yes, we can help with this. We have delivery services that can help assist in moving your purchase to your events.  Contact a Luekens associate by email, phone, or by location to discuss details and see where we can help.

 

Gift Cards

How do I check my balance?
Visit your Luekens location to check a balance or contact us in the header on the far right and we will be happy to assist.

Where can I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase a gift card online which is available instore pickup or mail it to your recipient(s). You can visit one of our stores, currently gift cards are only redeemable at the store locations within Tampa Bay area.

Events

We have weekly tastings, private events, and holiday events.  Checkout our Facebook page or on events page at the bottom of website for these tasting schedules.

Your Account
From your account dashboard, you will be able to update your info, addresses, & payment info.  Be able to view order history and overall account details.
Store & Online Return Policy
Yes, we do allow returns however certain criteria must follow.

  • Spirits, Wine, and Beer items must be unopened, items that have been opened will be accepted for return.
  • Cigars & Kegs cannot be returned.
  • Must have original receipt.
  • Damage related to the weather and climate during shipment is not the responsibility of Luekens if order was not received after 1st attempt by common carrier service.
  • Shipping cost are not refundable, except for defected products bases on scenario of shipment or products sent in error.
  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery time stamp.
