Special Orders, Weddings, or Kegs?
Yes, we can help with this. We have delivery services that can help assist in moving your purchase to your events. Contact a Luekens associate by email, phone, or by location to discuss details and see where we can help.
We have weekly tastings, private events, and holiday events. Checkout our Facebook page or on events page at the bottom of website for these tasting schedules.
- Spirits, Wine, and Beer items must be unopened, items that have been opened will be accepted for return.
- Cigars & Kegs cannot be returned.
- Must have original receipt.
- Damage related to the weather and climate during shipment is not the responsibility of Luekens if order was not received after 1st attempt by common carrier service.
- Shipping cost are not refundable, except for defected products bases on scenario of shipment or products sent in error.
- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery time stamp.
