Shipping Policy

Welcome to (the “Website”), the online website and home of Luekens Wine & Spirits (“Luekens”). The following terms and conditions shall apply if you choose shipping as a delivery method when making any purchases arising out of or related to your use of the Website, including, without limitation, through direct use of the Website or indirectly by contacting our online department.


We do not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. Accordingly, you understand and agree that you or the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from Luekens is over the age of 21 and has a valid form of identification to present before receiving the shipment. Luekens is not responsible if an order or shipment cannot be completed if you, or any person picking up an order or accepting a shipment on your behalf, cannot provide valid form of identification.


We make great efforts to process and ship standard shipping orders within two (2) business days if received before 2 p.m. EST. If placed after 2 p.m. EST, the order will not be received or processed until the following business day. Luekens does not process or ship any orders on non-business days or certain holidays.


The available options for shipping are standard ground. Luekens does not process or ship on non-business days, some carriers will not deliver on Sunday or certain holidays. Standard wine ground shipments will be delivered within 2-7 business days (Monday through Saturday). Some Spirits take longer than normal transit times due to state to state shipping alcohol regulations.  We reserve the right to delay release of any order to ensure product quality and protection.

If an order cannot be delivered during the first attempt, most shippers may make two additional attempts to deliver your order. After the third attempt, it will be held at the shipper’s distribution center. However, Luekens is not responsible for any damages, lost or misplaced product or additional shipping charges (if any) if the order cannot be delivered during the first attempt.

The shipping rate varies, can be based on multiple variables, including, but not limited to, weight of the contents, services selected for shipment, location of delivery, time for delivery, process and handling, and other related factors. The rate for your particular selection will be shown in your shopping cart or checkout and will update as items are added or removed from your cart.


At this time, we do not ship internationally. We do no ship to P.O. boxes, APOs or FPOs.


We cannot ship one order to multiple addresses. If you would like to order produce to go to multiple shipping locations, each address will require an individual order be placed.


We would be happy to assist with shipping gifts, which can include personalized notes to the intended recipient. On the Checkout page, you can request the gift option and include a personalized note. Please remember that the intended recipient must be 21 years of age or older to receive the delivery.


In order to protect your products, orders may be withheld due to weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and conditions (e.g., extreme heat, extreme cold, blizzards, or other natural disasters). If we temporarily hold your shipment, you will be notified by email.


Need to make any changes to an existing order? Need to track your order? Please login to your dashboard at any time. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.


These terms and conditions shall apply in conjunction with Luekens’ Terms & Conditions, which can be found in the Customer Care section of this Website, and which is incorporated herein by reference. Nothing contained herein shall supersede or circumvent application of Luekens’ Terms & Conditions.
